Zieharsofika by Meike Harde

View all 8 Photos

Sashes and textiles enchant the likes of simple wooden stools as beautiful Zieharsofika. German designer Meike Harde has discovered the most hopelessly romantic way to reupholster an innocent bench using conventional rubber foam mats and elastic bands. Elegant folds and lifts display a cloud effect in gentle hues. The straps allow for easy changing of the cushion since the design never permanently connects it to the wood.
