Woodmobiel by Ben Fritz for Oots

View all 9 Photos

Woodmobiel was created by a Dutch graphic designer, Ben Fritz, for his beloved grandchildren.  Made with real pine wood parts, these building blocks will ignite your child’s imagination.  They provide great stimulation for your child’s cognitive development by promoting thinking skills, fine motor skills, problem solving, creativity, cause and effect.

There are posts, wheels, boards, nuts and bolts, a string and a wrench set to bring it all together.  The posts are pre drilled made of natural pine and come in a variety of lengths.  The pine wheels and colorful plastic boards, also pre drilled, bring unique creations a reality as your child actually rides the bike, tricycle, or cart that they made themselves.  The nuts and bolts are made of reliable steel.  Also provided is a string to bring another element of design.  Clearly, this is a solid toy set that will be appreciated for many years as your child grows older to build more complex models.

These pieces combined make life size finished products.  The Starter Kit comes with Assembly Instructions fit to build 9 models; the Standard Kit comes with Assembly Instructions fit to build 11 models.  Woodmobiel is for children ages zero to 90.  It’s a classic product that even parents and grandparents can’t resist getting involved in the play.
