Wooden Muros Chair by Domohomo

View all 6 Photos

Called the Muros Chair, this wooden furnishing was designed by Xulio Turnes Vieito of the Spanish creative studio Domohomo. The piece is composed of nine pieces of laminated wood, mostly chestnut, and glued together into the smooth, curved form we see today. Naturally finished, the completed armchair has a timeless quality that speaks to its beginnings as part of an architectural rehabilitation project in La Coruña, Galicia. The minimalist design was made in Spain by Carpintería Gestoso.
