Wetstyle’s Bauhaus Collection

A bathroom collection inspired by the Bauhaus movement.

Based in Montréal, Canada, Wetstyle has been making premium, handcrafted bath fixtures and furnishing for more than 30 years. With the new Bauhaus Collection, the brand provides an easy solution to create a sophisticated and modern bathroom. Inspired by the Bauhaus movement, company lead designer Pierre Bélanger created the collection with a timeless, elegantly simple design that combines clean lines and rounded forms with refined materials and finishes. The line comprises vanities and countertop sinks in wall-mounted and floor-mounted versions. Apart from two standard sizes, the products also come in hundreds of different combinations thanks to custom wood and lacquer finishes.

Made-to-order, each vanity and countertop sink is manufactured in Wetstyle’s 30,000 sq. ft. factory. The pieces feature solid wood legs and handcrafted, curved side panels. Customers can select between walnut and oak wood and from a range of finishes. The sinks feature a proprietary Wetmar BiO™ material that is both eco-friendly and durable. Instead of using petrochemical additives, the company uses soy and mineral stone to craft these custom countertop sinks. To accompany the Bauhaus Collection, the brand has also launched a new model of their popular Lab soaking tubs. Like the basins, the soaking tubs feature the Wetmar BiO™ material that is sustainable and thermo-insulating as well as non-slip. Apart from monochrome black versions, customers can choose between dual-tone products in a range of combinations. Wetstyle will introduce the Bauhaus Collection in February 2022, with deliveries starting from March 2022. Photographs© Pierre-Luc Dufour.
