The world’s highest rated Manuka honey, ethically made in New Zealand.

In recent years, there’s been a rise in demand for Manuka honey, both in the US and around the world. And it’s no wonder. This miracle natural product has some impressive health benefits – even when compared to regular raw honey. However, to reap these benefits, it’s crucial to use high-quality, authentic Manuka honey with a high concentration of MGO (methylglyoxal), the component that gives honey its antibacterial and antiviral properties. That’s where The True Honey Co. comes in. The New Zealand-based company focuses on producing premium Manuka honey with some of the highest MGO levels in the world. And they do this ethically and sustainably.

Founded by Jim McMillan, the company had a soaring start. During a flight above New Zealand’s wild back country, the founder noticed a blanket of Manuka flowers covering the hills below and was inspired to introduce this miracle of nature to the world. After developing strong partnerships with the local community and farmers who owned the pristine land, the team started production. Fast forward to today, and The True Honey Co. has achieved the perfect balance between fair trade practices, ethical harvesting, and top quality, minimally processed products.

Delicious and healthy but also sustainable.

The company values the well-being of the bees and has a high beekeeper to hive ratio to ensure that they get the best care. Furthermore, they fly the hives in some of the most remote areas where the densest Manuka bushes grow undisturbed. And the result? The True Honey Co. can offer the world’s highest rated Manuka honey with MGO and UMF ratings that go up to 1900+ and 33+, respectively for their most exclusive and rare products. Every jar of Manuka honey from the brand’s range has a rating of at least 300+ MGO. The collection includes premium, ultra-premium, and limited-edition ranges, all of them independently tested and certified for purity and authenticity.

Elegant and sustainable packaging complements the delicious Manuka honey. Apart from easily recyclable glass jars, The True Honey Co. also uses sustainable, FSC-certified materials and no bubble wrap. The black or white packaging boasts golden accents, making every jar gift-ready. Limited to only 1000 jars, the Rare Harvest range is a true collectible product for foodies and healthy living followers. Currently, the company ships to New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the EU, with selected stockists in some Asian and Middle Eastern countries also offering their Manuka honey range. Hopefully, they put the US on that list soon. Photographs© The True Honey Co.
