The Cartoon Chair by Gamfratesi for Swedese

View all 6 Photos

Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi of Gamfratesi studio designed this very intriguing chair called Cartoon f0r Swedese. The Cartoon chair is inspired by the spontaneous expression of children’s drawings, and their free way of illustrating objects and people, so that they often appear like antropomorphic figurines with curious proportions. Despite its cartoonish proportions, the detailing is extremely precise, featuring strict Scandinavian lines  and a high quality traditional craftmanship.
