Soho Penthouse by Andrew Franz Architect PLLC

View all 7 Photos

Andrew Franz Architect PLLC imagined up a bright, cheerful space to fill the penthouse apartment in Soho of a French film maker. The creative corners are chuck full of whimsy and a prestigious flair. Bookcases and cubbies cling to the heights, pops of primary colors splash into the decor from light fixtures to cabinet doors to radiators. The pearl of the apartment rests on the roof, where the views are magical and the deck is grand.
