Introducing SOAPBOTTLE

An innovative collection of 2-in-1 personal care products made with soap packaging.

Plastic packaging is still ubiquitous, even though it has a devastating impact on the environment. With millions of tons of packaging waste reaching landfills and oceans every year, it’s time to rethink our everyday habits. One of the largest culprits? Personal care products. Some companies now focus on providing subscription-based products and refills to reduce the use of disposable plastic packaging, with great success. Others remove plastic completely from their manufacturing process, offering paper-based packaging. Created by Amsterdam- and Berlin-based company SOAPBOTTLE, this collection takes the concept of eco-friendly, sustainable packaging to a whole new level. Manufactured from natural ingredients, the SOAPBOTTLE containers can be used as a hand soap or processed at home into an all-purpose cleaning product, for example. Washed away with waste water, the SOAPBOTTLE then decomposes completely within a few days.

Introducing SOAPBOTTLE - Gessato

Every SOAPBOTTLE container holds a liquid care product. The simple rectangular shape makes storage as convenient as possible and also allows stacking. Both the packaging and the personal care products are natural and made with organic, vegan, biodegradable, and cruelty-free ingredients. Easy to reuse, the stainless steel closure is also easy to recycle. Likewise, the recycled paper label is printed with eco-friendly inks and can be recycled again.

Originally introduced as a trio of Ever Green, Light Blue and Spicy Orange scents, the SOAPBOTTLE collection will comprise an array of products. Designed in different shapes and sizes, the soap containers will come in different colors and scents. For example, a refreshing cleansing gel in an orange soap bottle, or a moisturizing aloe vera shower gel in a vibrant green SOAPBOTTLE. The brand aims to launch the collection soon, and offer a wide range of cleaning products and scents to choose from. Photography © SOAPBOTTLE.
