Meet your new favorite winter parka.

After launching their most advanced messenger bag, the Khyte, Mission Workshop continue perfecting wardrobe staples with the Rhite parka. The brand’s most technically-advanced parka, Rhite is also one of the most expertly crafted and designed outerwear products you can currently buy. In true Mission Workshop fashion, the parka looks and performs great in both urban settings and in snowy, mountain landscapes.

Part of the brand’s Advanced Project Series, the innovative design keeps the user cozy and warm as well as stylish in a range of rainy, cold, snowy, and windy weather conditions. While engineered to provide excellent insulation and comfort, Rhite has a modern silhouette that reduces bulk as much as possible. This means that it has a slimmer look compared to winter coats and jackets and also enhances the user’s mobility.

Featuring a state-of-the-art build, the Rhite parka comes with a 4-way stretch MECPOR 4.0™ shell. Made especially for the brand by Italian company Mectex M.I.S., the fabric is weatherproof and breathable as well lightweight. Fully taped seams enhance waterproof performance further. For ultimate comfort in cold weather, the parka features a PrimaLoft® Gold Hi-Loft with Cross Core™ insulation. This advanced insulation material contains Aerogel, a synthetic material used by NASA as an insulator. For the lining, Mission Workshop used a 37.5® ultra-high-performance moisture management textile that regulates moisture levels and prevents overheating.

In terms of design details, Rhite features an adjustable hood, intricate detailing, and YKK weatherproof zippers. Apart from the two large hand/chest pockets, it also has an interior zippered pocket. Finally, the thick and warm parka allows the user to wear it over a shirt and sweater or just a t-shirt, depending on temperatures. Available now, this technically-advanced parka costs $780.
