Nendo’s Scale Watch Inspired by Rulers

View all 15 Photos

A new arrival at Seibu in Japan, the Scale watch is a minimalist timepiece inspired by rulers. The practical style accessory was designed by Nendo as part of their Draftsmen01 series. It is one of fifteen designs unveiled by the studio this year. The wristwatch is plain yet iconic with markers of varying lengths printed on the crystal instead of the face so that the “measurements” seem to float just above the surface. The case is made of brushed stainless steel and the strap of leather. Available in men’s and women’s sizes, the design comes in black, brown, or white.
