View all 13 Photos

French photographer Franck Bohbot portraits with love the demise of the 10 miles railroad stretch between Nanterre and Ivry-sur-Seine. Industrial decline can be very similar anywhere across the globe however this series make these abandoned places becoming unusual and captivating sociologically as well as aesthetically.  Bare of any human presence, Franck’s photographs are most often frontal perspectives featuring nearly perfect symmetries.
