A tranquil retreat that floats alongside an exclusive beach in Sydney.
Floating along Palm Beach, Sydney, this retreat takes tranquility and relaxation to a whole new level. Named Lilypad Palm Beach, the villa provides the perfect solution to unwind, whether for a day at the boutique hotel’s spa or for a weekend. Designed by owner Chuck Anderson, the structure combines innovative engineering with traditional craftsmanship, and modern features that ensure ultimate comfort.
The structure has a modern boat house aesthetic with asymmetric openings that maximize the views and natural light. The understated design looks at home in the natural setting. Furthermore, the designer added solar panels that meet the demands of the entire villa, making this retreat sustainable as well. The interior is modern and stylish. Apart from the optimization of the compact footprint, the villa also features minimalist furniture and lighting along with bright white walls that make the rooms look more spacious.
Guests have access to a wine cellar and the aforementioned spa. Here, they can relax completely while drifting off to the movement of the waves. A terrace with a dining table and lounge chairs transforms any meal into a memorable experience. Plus, Lilypad Palm Beach offers guests a private boat for exploring, fishing rods, and stand-up paddle boards. Other amenities include a concierge service and a Bose sound system as well as WiFi and Netflix. Gourmet meals served on board or reservations to the historic Barrenjoey House restaurant are some of the perks of the stay packages. Photographs© Lilypad Palm Beach.
