Designed with efficiency and function in mind over the course of four years, this modern portafilter machine is made with patented heat technology. As a result, it heats up within only 4 minutes. Two separate fluid circuits allow users to prepare espresso and milk foam at the same time, with precise control over both temperature and brewing pressure. While designed for espresso, youn can also brew black coffee with a separate hot water spout. And it does everything quietly, making it great for early morning coffee.

Users have complete control over the coffee making process thanks to a series of ingenious features. Three predefined brew profiles with custom brewing pressure and temperature provide an easy way to select the strength of the espresso from mild to energizing and extra-strong. LIGRE youn has two modes of extraction: Easy and Nerd. While the former streamlines the brewing process, the latter offers total control over the settings so users can improve and then refine their barista skills. Additionally, this espresso machine comes with an automated frothing system that can produce ten different grades of milk foam for delicious, custom-tailored cappuccinos.
The LIGRE youn is also a great example of sustainable design. It is energy-efficient, using less than 50% of electricity compared to standard portafilter machines. A timer and an eco mode allow users to reduce energy consumption without compromising the quality of the coffee. Finally, youn has a quality build for extra-longevity.
