A Fall/Winter collection partly inspired by Levi’s 1970s ski line.
Part of Levi’s Made & Crafted range, this FW capsule collection features gorgeous details and beautiful craftsmanship that celebrate American denim heritage. The Levi’s X White Mountaineering collection draws inspiration from the denim brand’s 1970s ski line. It also features utilitarian details inspired by outdoor settings and a re-imagining of denim as technical outerwear. Unsurprisingly, the line is distinctive and bold as well as highly creative.
Mixed-media constructions and colors that range from blue and white to beige and pink give the collection a fresh look. Bold proportions and relaxed silhouettes lend the designs an urban character. In terms of materials, Japanese denim combines with sustainable materials, quality cotton, and high-pile fabrics. The apparel also showcases Japanese brand White Mountaineering’s approach to technical features and utilitarian design. Meant to become more beautiful with wear, the garments have their own character but a similar style. The items also provide next-level protection against the elements.
Featuring products for men and women, the range includes jeans, a parka, a pullover, cargo pants, a jacket, and a coat as well as a dress. Details range from utility pockets and technical fabrics to sleeve pockets and artisan stitch work. Launched on September 4, the Levi’s X White Mountaineering range is available now online at Levi’s online store and through the brand’s global distributors. Photographs© Levi’s.
