The Laço K Sideboard

A minimalist and versatile sideboard designed with two steel frames.

Established by designer Marco Sousa Santos, Branca-Lisboa is a Portuguese furniture and home accessory brand that makes refined and versatile products for modern interiors. Every item from the Branca-Lisboa collection combines contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship, offering the best of both worlds. The company also works with local producers, supporting communities and promoting the quality and craft of Portugal’s best artisans and manufacturers. Based in Lisbon, the brand uses the city’s coastal landscape as a design inspiration. As a result, the collection often features light sandy colored wood and white accents that remind of the brightness of the sun or the foam of crashing waves.

The Laço K Sideboard showcases the brand’s aesthetics perfectly. Minimalist and elegant, this unit suits any decor as well as different uses. It features open shelves that provide an easy solution to store items and keep them on display. The understated design aims to convey “the power of subtle repetition” and boasts two steel frames on the end sections. While they provide support, the steel frames also give the simple design a creative twist. Handmade with care, the Laço K Sideboard provides the perfect blend of quality and style. It has a plywood and lacquered steel build. The steel comes in either white or black finishes, while the wood comes in natural, white, or black. An ideal choice for a living room, you can easily display decorative items both inside the unit and on top. Photographs© Branca-Lisboa.
