Following on the footsteps of PR/01, an elegant, high-end wireless speaker, French brand La Boite concept has launched another sophisticated audio product that can take pride of place in the most refined interiors. The LX Loudspeaker complements its high-end technology with minimalist design. Inspired by a secretary desk, the loudspeaker is crafted from wood in the Basque Country. It comes in two versions, but the wooden turntable with speakers has caught our eye.
Of course, this product is much more than simply stylish. The result of four years of research and development in the French brand’s in-house laboratory, the LX Loudspeaker has an all-in-one design and comes with the patented Wide Sound 3.0® feature that ensures high definition audio without any distortion. This technology also provides excellent sound clarity. As a result, the LX Loudspeaker can reproduce all frequencies in a live orchestra-like music listening experience. It has plenty of power thanks to 5 exclusive CCLAB La Boite concept speakers with a combined power of 285 watts. The sound level can reach 104 dB at 3.2 feet and can easily can fill a room of 1,650 square feet with music.
The turntable keeps the design minimalist with no visible cables or chassis. Thus, the LX turntable almost looks like it floats above the loudspeaker’s top panel. For an optimal audio listening experience, the wooden turntable with speakers features an integrated anti-vibration board and custom shock absorbers. It also comes with a carbon arm and an Ortofon cartridge. Compatible with both traditional and digital devices, the LX Loudspeaker works with laptops, tablets, CD players, and multi-room systems.
