Knot(e) by Matthieu Minguet

View all 8 Photos

Cutting edge technology has been introduced to simpler days of hopscotch and jacks. The smart phone is going out to play with a jump rope. Knot(e) was engineered by Matthieu Minguet of ECAL the University of Art and Design out of Lausanne Switzerland. Plug it in and tie one loop. The tighter you pull, the more magnified the sound, the more loose you release the knot, the lower the sound. A fun interactive screen savor moves with the beat, responding to your touch. Impress friends with a remix by yours truly.
