Introducing the Uniform Standard Sneakers

Minimalist, handcrafted sneakers that feature premium quality and sustainable materials.

Established in 2018 in London, Uniform Standard makes premium, minimalist sneakers that also feature sustainable materials. With more than 20 years of experience in the footwear design and manufacturing industry, the team puts a focus on quality every step of the way, from creating the design concept to choosing the materials and production partners. Uniform Standard uses only premium Italian calf leather and suede sourced from a Gold certified tannery. The company also partnered with a family-run production unit in Portugal to handcraft each product. Hand-stitched details and full Italian leather lining complete the designs.

Apart from their premium quality build and attention to detail, the brand’s sneakers also feature sustainable, eco-friendly materials. These include recycled footbeds and insole boards as well as 70% recycled rubber outsoles. While all of the designs share the same minimalist aesthetic, the brand’s collection includes several ranges that feature refined variations.

Series 1 represents the brand’s design principles and features clean lines, premium materials, and elegant details. In Series 3, the minimalist sneakers offer a fresh twist on the mid-century German Army Trainer, while in Series 6 they add a modern touch to the classic basketball profile. Finally, Series 8 offers a stylish take on the classic cupsole shoe. Unsurprisingly, all Uniform Standard sneakers feature versatile colors. Apart from the classic white, black, gray, and tan options, customers can also choose between navy, dark green, and ecru shades, to name a few. Photographs© Uniform Standard.
