Freeda Watches – Classic Italian Style At Its Finest

View all 9 Photos

Inspired by the ‘60s and by the spirit of the ‘Dolce Vita’, the Freeda Watches collection brings effortless elegance and classic Italian style to the modern world. Sophisticated watchmaking details and premium quality materials give the timepieces an old-time charm, reviving the concept of “sprezzatura”; of refinement paired with an air of nonchalance. Designed for the modern gentleman, Plano and SS36GT feature a creative design that makes a style statement.

Plano has vintage-style aesthetic with elegant and subtle details. A great choice for gentlemen who can wear accessories with “studied casualness.” The 35mm watch boasts a scratch-resistant sapphire dome crystal, a Swiss Rhonda Quartz movement and an engravable stainless steel back. It also comes with a stainless steel, chromed or gold case finish. Paying homage to the Gran Turismo races of the ‘60s, SS36GT has a sportier design that stands apart from other designs. It features a stainless steel or chromed 40mm case, a date function, a Japanese Miyota automatic movement, and a transparent sapphire back cover.

Both timepieces come with a range of genuine leather straps, textures, colors and case finishes, providing impressive customization options. The packaging also makes a lasting impression. The vintage burgundy leather box features a gold logo as well as a leather-padded interior. You can pre-order the timepieces on the brand’s Kickstarter campaign page, launched on the 5th of June. And maybe unleash your inner Italian gentleman persona in 2017. Images courtesy of Freeda Watches.
