The Favorit & Co Perfume Collection

Handmade perfumes and home scents inspired by the cardinal points.

Zurich-based perfume brand Favorit & Co creates handmade fragrances and home scents that celebrate local knowledge and artisan skill. Apart from sourcing their ingredients locally, the company also collaborates with the St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich for the packaging’s wood elements. And the result? Elegant as well as beautifully scented products designed to enhance the atmosphere of living spaces. The Favorit & Co fragrance collection draws inspiration from the four cardinal points and the places they represent. Named North, West, and South, the perfumes feature different scent profiles.

North represents an old forest at sunset; it balances citrus, ginger, and cedar wood notes with peach blossom, amber, patchouli, and moss. West starts off with a chamomile hint but develops into juniper, grapefruit, galbanum, tonka bean, sandalwood, and orange blossom. Blending both woody and fresh coastal notes, South features ginger, teak wood, cedar, amber, and salt notes along with Haitian vetiver, musk, and sea moss. Finally, East starts off with French lavender and iris before revealing rosemary and wild clary sage notes. Violet and patchouli then combine with hints of moss.

Apart from perfumes, the collection also includes a home scent and a shower gel. Handmade in Zurich, all of the fragrances come in minimalist black bottles with a rectangular shape and wooden caps. Simple black and white boxes complete the refined packaging design. Photographs© Favorit & Co.
