A collection of cleverly designed dive watches that are perfect for any diving adventure.
Added to the Farer collection in 2017, the Aqua Compressor line has now been reimagined for the third series with two new timepieces that join the original Endeavor, also subtly changed for the launch. The Endeavor Ocean White and Hecla Carmine Red offer a new take on the brand’s Aqua Compressor dive watches, bringing style and functionality to any diving expedition. Both watches take their name after two British vessels: the Endeavor Ocean White from HMS Endeavour, Captain Cook’s Royal Navy research vessel, and the Hecla Carmine Red after the HMS Hecla, a Royal Navy bomb vessel.
The Endeavour Ocean White Titanium II dive watch features a luminous white dial and bezel that maximize legibility in low-light conditions thanks to the X1 Super-LumiNova coating. Additionally, the hands and numerals are black to enhance contrast. Other features include a recessed minute track and a subtle wave motif.
Bringing vibrant color to the collection, the Hecla Carmine Red Titanium Series II has a matte red dial and matching rubber band. Bright white, the ceramic line markers and Arabic numerals have a Lumicat finish, while the hands feature a X1 Super-LumiNova coating.
Last, but not least, the black Endeavour Aqua Compressor has a subtly upgraded design with an even more intensely black dial that absorbs light, polished steel markers and hands, and X1 Super-LumiNova finishes.
These timepieces all feature a unidirectional internal rotating bezel with lumed markers; a lightweight titanium case; a 2.2mm double-domed sapphire crystal that boasts several layers of anti-reflective coating; and a Swiss-made SELLITA SW200-1 Elaboré Non-Date Movement with a custom Farer rotor finished with engraved wave patterns.
All three watches are available to order now and will ship from the 22nd of February 2024. Finally, to help protect marine life in the Scottish Hebrides, Farer will donate a portion of the profits from the sale of this collection to Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust. The brand has previously donated £43,500 from the sales of the first two series of the Aqua Compressor Collection, aiming to reach £50,000 with this third series. Images © Farer.
