Cyril Chênebeau

Cyril Chênebeau, born in 1971, is a licensed architect based in Nice, France. He graduated from the Paris Tolbiac School of Architecture in 1997 and was commended by the jury, chaired by Alexandre Chemetoff (Grand Prix de l’urbanisme, 2000).
From 2001, he led the studies and project management for the construction site of the Nice tramway’s multimodal hub and maintenance center at the Marc Barani agency. This project won the Silver Square Prize in 2008.

In 2008, Cyril established his freelance practice and has since been involved in diverse operations and programs, such as housing, commercial buildings, refurbishments, interior design, public facilities, as well as infrastructure and transportation projects.

In 2015, Cyril was recognized for his rehabilitation project of a rural house in Sclos de Contes (06), receiving both the Rehabilitation Prize at the ArchiCOTE competition and the MPF Prize – Heritage & Architecture awarded by the association Maisons Paysannes de France.
