Alan Wanzenberg is a New York-based architect and designer. He completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture at the University of California in 1973 and a Master’s in Architecture at Harvard five years later. In 1982, he established the influential architecture and design firm Johnson and Wanzerberg with late designer Jed Johnson. Based in Ancram, New York, Alan Wanzenberg runs the firm Alan Wanzenberg Architect and Taghkanic Studios. His work has been featured in international publications and has received widespread acclaim, including AD100 and Elle Decor A-List awards. In 2013, Pointed Leaf Press published Alan Wanzenberg’s first monograph, Journey: The Life and Times of an American Architect.
