When a motorcycle with plenty of charisma and a striking appearance reaches the hands of talented custom motorcycle specialists, one expects impressive results. This Moto Guzzi Griso is a perfect example.
Transformed by the Officine Sbrannetti workshop, the bike takes on a new personality, that of a cafe racer with a sporty look and plenty of style. The name Caffe Lungo is a clever wordplay that references both the popular Italian-style beverage which “stretches” a shot of espresso with extra water and Cafe Racer, the category the bike belongs to. The already long wheelbase provided a great opportunity to achieve a more dynamic shape. The team shortened the back and created a stretched look by lowering the height of the bike, resulting in a long, sleek and sporty version of the original. Other modifications include the addition of aluminum wheels, custom-made for this model by Jonich Wheels, a state of the art braking system, a new compensator designed by the workshop, and handmade headlight brackets. In terms of style, the bike features stunning details, including a leather belt inscribed with the name and number, an embossed workshop logo, a beautiful Andrea Lava leather seat boasting a dark brown color and reddish hues, as well as a special paint featuring metallic charcoal and coffee tones. Designed to bring elegance to motorcycle riding, this cafe racer will definitely make heads turn wherever it goes. Photos by Matteo Bertetto Photography.
