Nic is a Canadian architectural photographer who works with architects who are pushing the boundaries in design of the built environment. Nic is regularly
commissioned to document significant buildings around the World with is unique eye, lighting and sense of composition. His images are frequently published in the international architectural press.
Concurrent with his professional work, Nic has made multiple visits to West Africa to document the people and architecture of the Sahel. He is also working on several books of personal work. One of them is titled “Detritus: Explorations in a Marginal Environment”. It documents the modern vestigesof abandoned industry, cities and building in North America and Europe.
This 10-year project showcases the impact and legacy of an industrial revolution which is in transition into the 21st century.
