Bourgeois / Lechasseur

Québec, Canada

Architects Olivier Bourgeois and Régis Lechasseur established the Bourgeois / Lechasseur architectes studio in 2011. The practice completes both residential and commercial projects in Quebec City and the region of Îles-de-la-Madeleine. Drawing inspiration from natural landscapes and the local setting, the studio designs contemporary buildings and living spaces that explore form and light. At the same time, they maintain an element of surprise to reveal the individuality of a place in a sequence of discoveries. Atmosphere, authenticity and character also become crucial components of each project. Tradition and modern style blend throughout the studio’s portfolio, along with urban and maritime influences as well as restrained and creative design.
