Vietnamese-style coffee that brings a range of stunning flavors to the coffee making ritual.
Debbie Wei Mullin founded Copper Cow Coffee to bring Vietnamese-style pour-over coffee and lattes to the morning coffee making ritual. Based in Los Angeles, the AAPI women-owned company focuses on sustainability, ethical production, and authenticity. Taking pride in being “equal parts Vietnam and California”, Copper Cow Coffee aims to make premium quality Vietnamese coffee accessible to everyone. The company sources coffee from organic farms in Vietnam. It also works directly with the farmers, paying them twice the market rate. Made with 100% natural ingredients, Copper Cow Coffee products provide an easy solution to prepare barista-quality coffee at home. At the same time, the company’s range brings stunning flavor to the morning cup, transforming a ubiquitous routine into a self-care ritual.
The Copper Cow Coffee offerings comprise coffee, lattes, and creamers. In the coffee range, customers can choose between classic black or flavor options that include salted caramel, churro, vanilla, and lavender. Apart from ground coffee bags which work with any brewing method, including French press, coffee fans can also purchase individually packed, ready to use pouches for pour-over coffee. The latte selection also includes flavors like rosemary, mocha, chai, matcha, or hazelnut. All of these products are made with a sustainably sourced, 100% Vietnamese blend of robusta and arabica beans. The company then flavors the coffee with real vanilla pods, cinnamon sticks, lavender buds, sea salt, or grounded hazelnuts.
The collection also includes a classic creamer in handy single-serve packets, along with a mocha and a hazelnut creamer. Customers have the option to purchase starter kits, individual products, or convenient bundles, with coffee gift sets also available. Additionally, Copper Cow Coffee offers a subscription service.
