Tradition, quality, and modern technology blend in a great-tasting coffee.

Padua-based Caffè Diemme goes back a long time and like many Italian brands, it has a rich history. Established in 1927 by the Dubbini family, the company is now run by the third generation. With over eighty years of experience, this historic Italian coffee company has put its mark on the industry with a passion for tradition and quality. Although proudly anchored in its past, the company also makes the most of innovative technology and state-of-the-art equipment to bring Caffè Diemme to new generations of coffee lovers.

In 2009, the brand built new headquarters to take production to a new level. Apart from a silo with a capacity of two thousand quintals of green coffee beans, the company implemented innovative technology to ensure the purity of the raw ingredients, with a gas induction roasting method also introduced the same year. As a result, Caffè Diemme now produces over three million kilos of coffee every year. The new Tasting Room became the soul of the brand. Here, the team selects new beans and also creates new blends. All green beans go through a seasoning process which lasts for 8-9 months. Roasting each type of bean perfectly, the brand highlights the distinct aroma profile of the coffee.

Among the single-origin coffee products offered by the Italian coffee company, the medium roast Ethiopia Geisha makes an impression with its fruity and subtle floral notes. The beans have a full body as well as a balanced flavor. At the same time, sweetness blends with darker chocolate and hints of nutty flavors. Ideal as an espresso, Ethiopia Geisha produces a smooth crema to take your mind to an outdoor café in Italy. The company’s range of products includes single-origin coffee from Brazil, Tanzania, or Mexico, with various blends also available. Photographs© Caffè Diemme.
