Broken Collection of Salvaged Wood Furniture

View all 5 Photos

The Broken Collection by the Finnish designer Jalmari Laihinen is a series of rough-hewn furniture made of wood and glass. Connecting boards that were previously splintered, Laihinen transforms scraps into beautiful, functional pieces and frames the sharp edges behind glass. See the furnishings in person at Tent London. The Broken Collection will be on view at Old Truman Brewery from September 18-21, 2014.
