Reform’s Match Kitchen Cabinets

A colorful cabinet design that can brighten any kitchen.

When designers customize IKEA cabinets, magic happens. Introduced at ICFF in NYC, Danish brand Reform’s new series of upgraded IKEA cabinets brings more creativity into kitchens. Designed by the Ghent-based Muller Van Severen studio, Match offers a fun and colorful twist on standard white cabinets. The design combines different materials and bold colors to create an eye-catching feature in any interior. The unconventional use of contrasting materials makes Match one-of-a-kind. While the doors boast durable high-density polyethylene with a wax-like surface, the cabinets feature marble countertops with a polished finish. The White Carrara version has subtle light gray lines, while the Calacatta Viola option adds a dramatic touch to the cabinets with dark purple colors.

Brass and stainless steel plinths along with matching – or contrasting – satin gold or silver aluminum handles bring a metallic accent to the design. Since they have a special treatment that prevents patination, the handles will look like new for a long time. The doors come in six colors: white, red, blue, peach, brown, and green. Which makes it easy to customize IKEA cabinets for your kitchen. Of course, Reform offers the option to mix and match them to create a vibrant kitchen cabinet.

The doors, side panels, drawers, and other optional parts are conveniently compatible with IKEA’s METOD line. Plus, customers can also replace the handles with a push-function. Apart from Muller Van Severen’s Match design, Reform’s new customized IKEA kitchen cabinets also include Plate by David Thulstrup and Frame by Note Design. Photographs© Reform.
