Numeral: Concrete House Numbers by Daast Design

View all 2 Photos

Numeral is a series of unique house numbers created by Andrew Southwood-Jones and Alexander Kashin of the Sydney-based studio daast design. The concrete collection is particularly strong (no pun intended). Made of cast concrete and an easy-to-mount steel backplating, the 3D house numbers show more personality than the flat metal counterparts one usually sees. Dramatically curved, the shapes have a whimsical, almost Dr. Seuss appeal. The natural material also promises to weather well over time, just like a well-designed and loved home.
