Klokers’ latest watch KLOK-08 pays homage to the unconventional ‘60s the right way. Not merely a timepiece with vintage design cues, the wristwatch features an array of quirky details that aim to celebrate the counterculture of the 1960s, the sense of freedom, and the spirit of that era. As a result, KLOK-08 comes with retrograde hands and a non-circular display system which defy convention. To make things even more interesting, the minutes hand moves slowly, going forward five minutes at a time.
The unisex watch comes with a 39mm case and a range of straps and case colors. The timepiece also features the “Klokers Key” which allows the user to easily swap straps or attach accessories. The design will make its debut in October on Kickstarter. Backers will be able to choose between three colorways at launch: black/beige, rose gold/white, or pearl gray/orange. If you want to be one of the first to get a numbered timepiece at a price of €149 (around $180) instead of €379, head over to the brand’s official website to sign up on the list.
