Marta Nowicka is an award-winning designer creating architectural design solutions for commercial and residential spaces. Marta founded Marta Nowicka & Co (MN&Co) in 2003, a concept led studio taking inspiration from site-specific conditions, art and architecture mixed with the urban landscape. Anchor Yard (The Black Box) in Old Street, East London serves as the studio’s base, where Marta leads a passionate and creative team. With over 25 years of experience in the design sector, Marta studied Interior Architecture at Kingston University, which was quickly followed by training in the architectural practice JBP. Marta subsequently freelanced at Sheppard Robson, Nicolas Grimshaw and Land Architects. In 1994, Marta started Nowicka Stern design consultancy and under her creative direction developed an impressive, diverse and award-winning portfolio. Clients included Nick Leslau, Gerald Ronson, Buford Group, Fabric, The Gate and Another.com, which won ‘Best Office’ at the FX Awards in 2000 and Design Week Awards in 2001. In 2002 Marta sold Nowicka Stern to start Marta Nowicka & Co offering architectural design solutions for the likes of artists including Michael Landy, Gillian Wearing, Karsten Schubert, Glenn Brown, Framestore and Peter Peri.

Visual Production Interns – the role is focused on photography, design, photo-editing, image curation, and other visual media.
Editorial Interns – the role requires classic editorial skills, from writing and basic editing to research and reportage.
