Gemma Roper

Working within the realm of product and interaction design, Gemma builds and codes electronics that promote optimistic experiences with technology by engaging at both an imaginative and intellectual level. Her work is primarily focused towards interfacing with sound which she combines with her fascination for buttons, circuits, stacking objects and all things mottled. Gemma recently graduated with distinction from the Royal College of Arts Design Products program as a member of 'Platform 21' under the direction of Yuri Suzuki and Oscar Diaz. She received a first class bachelors degree from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and accounts for one half of Nice to be Nice Studio.
